Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented

A-Roll Editing Intern

who can transform rawfootage into clean, engaging narratives. You’ll be working on our YouTube content, helpingtighten the storytelling, maintain retention, and ensure a consistent brand feel.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit A-roll footage into short-form Reels (30–90 seconds) for Instagram.
• Work with the content team to select hooks and structure high-retention edits.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, pacing, and formatting across all Reels.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and senior editors when needed.
• Revise edits quickly based on feedback from the team.
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends, editing styles, and formats that work.
  

Requirements

• Basic experience with editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
• Understanding of YouTube video formats, retention strategies, and pacing.
• A keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines and respond well to feedback.
• Interest in finance or educational content is a bonus.
