Job Description

Role: Instructional Designer/Content Developer Working Hours:

  • Design, develop, and deliver

    engaging learning content

     using instructional design principles for various training needs, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions. 
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and trainers to

    gather requirements

     and ensure content aligns with learning objectives. 
  • Develop

    storyboards and scripts

     for eLearning courses and other multimedia content while maintaining high accuracy and clarity. 
  • Utilize tools such as

    Vyond, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Articulate

     to create high-quality interactive content. 
  • Oversee

    LMS administration tasks

    , including course deployment, analytics tracking, and leveraging LMS features for content creation. 
  • Regularly review and update existing learning content to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders to manage feedback, iterations, and final approvals for all content pieces. 
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while adapting to

    tight deadlines and ad hoc requests

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Tools Expertise:

     Proficiency in using

    Vyond, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate

    , and other multimedia tools. (Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects if all tools are not mastered.)
  • Communication Skills:

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to create error-free, impactful content and interact with stakeholders effectively. 
  • Instructional Design Knowledge:

     Strong understanding of

    learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and Bloom's Taxonomy

  • Technical Acumen:

     Ability to work on SCORM-compliant courses and integrate them with LMS platforms. 
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • LMS Administration:

     Experience working with LMS platforms, performing admin tasks like course deployment, tracking analytics, and leveraging built-in LMS features. 
  • Experience:

     3-5 years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or similar roles. 
  • Creativity:

     Ability to transform complex concepts into engaging, learner-friendly content. 
  • Portfolio:

     A portfolio showcasing eLearning courses, instructional content, or multimedia projects. 
  • Collaboration Skills:

     Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
