Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
Apply feedback from reviewers, SMEs, and client in given deadlines
Stay up to date on the latest learning trends and technologies
Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers
Work independently and as part of a team
Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset
Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials
Sharp eye for detail to ensure quality
A strong eye for visual composition to create visually impactful content
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or a related field Preferred experience with developing learning solutions for a global audience and adjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints, and localization or translation considerations.
Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.
