As a Content Delivery Controller, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our digital products reach learners and educators worldwide. Opportunity – the ‘what’

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing and delivering digital assets (text, images, audio, video, animations, games) to internal teams and suppliers.
  • Uploading content to test and live platforms, ensuring accuracy and stability.
  • Integrating content into interactive templates and supporting quality assurance checks.
  • Providing administrative and technical support to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of ELT digital products.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our digital product delivery, contributing to the success of the ELT Division and enhancing the learning experience for users globally.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), HTML, XML, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign.
  • Experience processing digital files in a publishing or media environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High standard of literacy and numeracy; university graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Proven English language proficiency at CEFR level C1.
  • Qualification or relevant experience in a digital or media environment.
  • Proven experience working effectively in team environments to achieve project goals.

Desirable Criteria

  • Coding experience in Python.
  • CEFR level C2 English proficiency.
  • Experience in publishing or publishing services environments.
