Location: Noida, UP, IN, 201306 Salary: Nil Division: Academic Department: HE Editorial Job Title Title: Editorial Operations Assistant Department: Higher Education Location: Sector-62, Noida About the Role The Editorial Operations Assistant will support the Higher Education (HE) team by working closely with Content Acquisition & Development, Upper-Level content teams, and Production. The role focuses on assisting with project management of content handovers, identifying and resolving issues to meet timelines, maintaining workflow processes, and supporting the implementation of editorial systems across HE. The assistant will also help develop team expertise in tools such as Qualtrics, iThenticate, Oxford Publish, and Oxford Purchases. Key Accountabilities Support the implementation of new systems and business processes, adapting workflows to evolving publishing needs. Administer and track project handovers. Assist in ensuring timely delivery of throughput, schedules, and quality. Provide technical support and documentation for editorial systems (e.g., Qualtrics, iThenticate, Oxford Publish, Oxford Purchase). Take responsibility for other assigned activities, such as contributing to an index of HE content assets. Ensure adherence to workflow visions and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain handover information using established tracking systems. Contribute to tasks as assigned by the Editorial Operations Lead. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Aptitude for project management, innovation, content development, and goal delivery. Willingness and ability to learn assigned systems. Ability to collaborate productively across teams and within a matrix management structure. Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
