Key Responsibilities:

Reels & Short-Form Video Content

• Ideate,

  shoot

  , and

  edit Instagram Reels

  and

  YouTube Shorts

  .
• Create engaging content around

  health tips, expert insights, trends, and awareness topics

  .
• Use

  trending formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques

  to boost engagement.
• Add

  subtitles, graphics, and transitions

  optimized for viewer retention.
• Repurpose video content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Podcast Video Content

• Edit

  video podcasts

  into full-length episodes and short highlight clips for social media.
• Add

  branding elements

  (intro/outro, lower thirds, captions).
• Ensure

  audio-video sync and high production quality

  .
• Create

  multiple short-form clips

  from each podcast episode.
  

Content Planning & Collaboration

• Suggest

  weekly content ideas and video formats

  aligned with brand tone and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the

  marketing and content teams

  for smooth execution.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently to maintain creative and technical excellence.
  

Performance & Optimization

• Track performance of Reels and podcast clips across platforms.
• Optimize content based on

  watch time, retention, saves, and shares

• Stay updated with

  platform best practices, trends, and algorithms

  for maximum reach.
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in

  shooting and editing videos

  — strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera operation.
• Hands-on experience in creating

  Reels and podcast video content

  .
• Proficiency in tools like

  CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva

  .
• Strong storytelling sense for

  short-form video content

  .
• Experience with

  subtitles, aspect ratios, and platform-optimized formats

  .
• Basic

  audio editing

  and sound quality enhancement skills.
• Ability to work

  independently, meet deadlines

  , and handle multiple projects.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in

• Familiarity with
