About the Role:

We are seeking a Content Creator(Intern) to join our User Experience and Information Design

team. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping political narratives, simplifying complex

policy ideas, and creating impactful content across multiple platforms. Your writing will help

influence public opinion, energize campaigns, and support democratic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Political & Policy Writing:

  Develop social media posts, newsletters, and reports.

• Prompt Writing for AI Tools:

  Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to ideate, draft, and
• generate campaign content.

• Research & Insights

  : Conduct research on political, social, and policy issues to support
• storytelling.

• Storytelling

  : Translate data and field intelligence into clear, relatable, and persuasive narratives.
• Editing & Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written outputs.

• Multi-Platform Content Creation:

  Adapt content for digital campaigns, print, presentations,
• and speeches.

• Collaboration

  : Work with strategists, analysts, designers, and campaign managers to align
• content with overall objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Skills:

• Strong writing skills in English and Hindi (clarity, persuasiveness, and adaptability).
• Ability to simplify complex political/policy topics for diverse audiences.
• Good research and fact-checking abilities.
• Prompt writing skills for AI-based content creation.
• Basic editing skills (text, presentations, or visuals).
• Strong storytelling and persuasive writing abilities.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with digital content creation for social media and campaign platforms.
• Background or strong interest in politics, policy, journalism, or communications.
• Knowledge of regional languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Political Science, Communications, English, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in content writing, political communications, journalism,
• or related roles.
• Demonstrated interest in politics, governance, or current affairs is highly valued.
