Help with handwriting-based observations (training provided) Assist in preparing user clarity profiles Help prospects during onboarding (basic conversation + understanding their needs) Maintain notes from clarity sessions and update reports Coordinate with users for weekly rituals & reminders Strong writing skills (English + Odia preferred) Curious about psychology, human behaviour, communication, and personal development Basic understanding of content creation (reels, Canva, scripts) Comfortable talking to people Willing to learn handwriting analysis and clarity tools Motivated to work in a startup environment Self-driven, reliable, and organised (No psychology degree required — training will be provided.) 🌟 Bonus Skills (Not mandatory) Canva / video editing Experience in counselling, mentorship, or teaching
