Job Description

Machine Learning Engineer – Role: Build ML models, recommendation logic, and end-to-end pipelines for InnerAlign’s behaviour-insight platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and train ML models for user-pattern understanding. Build recommendation logic for personalised insights. Create end-to-end ML pipelines from data processing to model deployment. Deploy models on cloud with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices. Optimize system performance, scalability, and API integration. Required Skills Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow). Model training, evaluation, and optimisation. Cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP). CI/CD, Docker, basic DevOps workflow. API development (FastAPI/Flask).
