Content Creator & Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on person who can capture our journey and turn it into content that grows our brand.
You’ll work directly with the founders and team, spot daily moments worth sharing, shoot videos, edit them, and make sure Itboomi stays visible and engaging on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

If you’re someone who loves storytelling, understands what works on social media, and knows how to make a brand stand out through consistent content this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture real moments from client meetings, office life, and ongoing projects.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (reels, shortcasts, project stories, behind-the-scenes).
• Post and manage content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Repurpose videos into posts, carousels, and short blogs.
• Track analytics, growth, and leads from content.
• Work with the marketing team to align content with business goals.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Strong video shooting & editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro).
• Good sense of visuals, storytelling, and social media hooks.
• Awareness of LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube algorithms.
• Basic understanding of marketing and audience engagement.
• Fluent in English (Tamil is a plus).
• Proactive mindset you see stories where others see routine.
