We are a leading construction company with a strong presence in the local market and are now expanding our brand visibility across India. We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator to help us build a strong online presence through engaging reels, videos, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality reels, videos, and photo content showcasing construction projects, site activities, teams, and machinery.
• Develop and execute content strategies to support nationwide brand growth.
• Capture on-site footage (including drone or progress videos) when required.
• Edit videos and images with professional tools to deliver engaging content.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Prepare monthly content calendars aligned with company goals.
• Write captions, scripts, and hashtags for posts and reels.
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and reach to improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, project managers, and site staff for content requirements.
• Stay updated with industry and social media trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, especially reels and short-form video formats.
• Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Ability to shoot construction-related content on-site.
• Creative storytelling and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
