MAHI Fine Foods is on the hunt for a short-term Xero Analyst to help us clean, reconcile, and optimise our Xero system – ensuring we’re audit-ready and future-proof. About MAHI We’re a bold, fast-growing challenger brand shaking up the UK condiments market – stocked in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and beyond. As we scale globally, we need top-tier financial systems to match. 🧾 Your Mission (2-Week Sprint): ✅ Reconcile bank/payment feeds (NatWest, PayPal, Stripe) ✅ Resolve 100+ unreconciled transactions ✅ Tidy sales/purchase ledgers (200+ invoices/bills) ✅ Set up Hubdoc automation ✅ Add new employee to Xero Payroll (RTI & pensions) ✅ Prepare & file 12 months’ VAT returns ✅ Reconcile control accounts (VAT, PAYE, Stripe, etc.) ✅ Automate recurring entries & invoice reminders ✅ Clean chart of accounts + build reporting dashboards ✅ Deliver a clean, audit-ready “handover pack” 🔍 What We’re Looking For: ✔ 3+ years Xero experience (certified = a big plus) ✔ Strong UK VAT + payroll knowledge ✔ Experience with Stripe, PayPal, Hubdoc ✔ Detail-focused, reliable, and fast ✔ Bonus: FMCG or food brand experience 📨 How to Apply Send your CV, availability, and day/project rate to nikhil.tandi@globopstech.com (Immediate start required!)
