Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in content creation, especially reels and short-form video formats. Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.). Understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Ability to shoot construction-related content on-site. Creative storytelling and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
