Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging and high-quality content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, an eye for design, and the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences and media formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative ideas and strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute content calendars.
Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos).
Write compelling copy for ads, posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
Stay updated on content trends, social media algorithms, and audience insights.
Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.
Ensure brand consistency and tone across all communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or social media executive.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Understanding of SEO and social media trends.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
