We are India's leading political consulting organization, dedicated to providing high-quality professional support for political campaigns. We strongly believe that the nation will best benefit from an enlightened political leadership in the form of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and are proud to have previously contributed in a similar capacity in the momentous election campaigns of 2014, 2019, and 2024, as well as various state elections.

Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results not as an end in itself, but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for the Prime Minister's messages and actions.

We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals—including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates—with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, fast and self-sufficient Content Creator who can own the entire creative process. You will be responsible for brainstorming fresh, impactful ideas and turning them into polished, engaging content for our social media channels. This is a hands-on role for a "doer" who loves to create.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Ideation:

  Brainstorm and develop original content ideas (memes, infographics, short videos, carousels, etc.) that align with political and social messaging.

• Hands-On Creation:

  Personally design and produce high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos. You will be the primary creator from start to finish.

• Tool Proficiency:

  Utilize design tools like

  Canva

  and mobile-first video editing apps (e.g., InShot, CapCut etc.) to create and edit content efficiently.

• Trendspotting:

  Stay constantly updated with the latest social media trends, meme formats, and viral content to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.

• Multi-Platform Adaptation:

  Quickly adapt and resize content for different social media platforms, including Instagram (Reels, Stories), YouTube (Shorts), Facebook, and X.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with different members in the communications team to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with the overall narrative and campaign objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Experience:

  1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Creator or similar role.

• Strong Portfolio:

  A portfolio showcasing your creative work is

  essential

  . It must demonstrate your skills in creating engaging graphics and/or short-form videos for social media.

• Mastery of Canva:

  High proficiency in

  Canva or similar tools

  is a must. You should be able to create impressive designs quickly and efficiently.

• Video Editing Skills:

  Experience with mobile video editing apps (e.g. InShot, CapCut etc.) for creating sharp, fast-paced Reels and Shorts.

• Social Media Native:

  An intuitive understanding of what type of content works and why on different social media platforms. You know the trends before they go mainstream.

• Speed & Agility:

  The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and turn around high-quality content on short notice.

• Political Interest:

  A keen interest in and good understanding of Indian politics and current affairs.

Bonus Points

• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Previous experience creating content in a media (journalism, news reporting), a PR/communications agency, public affairs, or a political/advocacy setting.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating catchy captions.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
