Job Description

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes storytelling through video. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Creative Director to conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging content -ads, reels, and brand films; transforming them into polished, on-brand videos ready for digital distribution.

Production:

Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan video shoots, storyboards, and shot lists.
Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video production.
Set up interviews, UGC shoots, social media content, and ad video shoots both indoors and outdoors.
Manage location scouting, framing, and scene setups to capture professional-quality footage.

Post-Production:

Edit footage into compelling video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Add sound design, voiceovers, graphics, lower-thirds, and transitions.
Colour grading, noise correction, and rendering for multiple platforms (Reels, YouTube, OTT, Ads).
Collaborate with the motion graphics team for enhanced visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualities:

A storyteller mindset with strong attention to visual detail.
Comfortable with both solo shoots and team setups.
Flexible and agile—ready to adapt to different types of content (corporate, fun, narrative, testimonial, etc.).
Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience: Video editing: 2 years (Preferred)
