Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic sales and client servicing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating site visits, and driving lead conversions through consistent follow-up and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities Lead Handling (Offline & Online): Manage and track leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely responses and engagement to maximize conversion potential. Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective clients. Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure a seamless visit experience. CRM Software Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM software. Monitor and update lead status, follow-up schedules, and communication logs. Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients and provide personalized support throughout the sales journey. Follow up post-site visit to address queries and move leads closer to conversion. Sales Reports & Performance Tracking: Generate weekly and monthly lead performance reports. Share insights with the sales team to optimize outreach and conversion strategies. Post-Sales Support: Assist new clients during the onboarding process by addressing concerns and guiding them through documentation. Serve as a point of contact for customer support until project handover. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or hospitality. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
