About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide administrative support, and assist various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Handle routine office administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, couriers).
Ready to do Property sourcing and liason work when it's needed
Support HR and Accounts teams with data entry, record keeping, and scheduling.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other official documents.
Coordinate meetings and help with office event arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
