Role Overview: We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative ideas and scripts for viral content that resonates with our audience. If you have a knack for storytelling, a passion for social media trends, and a flair for creativity, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: Developing and executing content calendars, writing compelling blog posts, social copy, and product content, and brainstorming fresh story ideas. Video Production & Editing: Transforming raw footage into engaging video stories, including editing, rough cuts, feedback incorporation, and assisting with sound, colour, and motion graphics. Creative Collaboration: Partnering with design and marketing teams on digital campaigns and contributing innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions. Engagement & Experimentation: Exploring new formats like reels and carousels to boost audience interaction. Performance & Trends: Monitoring content metrics and researching industry trends to bring fresh insights. Asset Management: Organising and maintaining digital content. Requirements: Recent graduate in Journalism and Mass communication, Marketing, Literature, Design, Film, Digital Media, or a related field. Equipped with strong written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about storytelling, branding, and the power of content. A keen interest in content creation and social media trends. Prior experience managing or contributing to an Instagram page is a strong plus. A creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
