Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator with a strong background in visual content development and video production. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a digital content team, executing content strategies, and creating engaging assets for various platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and edit high-quality visual and video content across multiple platforms.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital content team (designers, editors, social media associates).
• Develop and execute content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to support product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Review and approve content created by team members to maintain consistency and quality.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, and digital media.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and other graphic design software.
• Ability to manage and mentor a small creative team.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media trends and digital content formats.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in brand building or working with marketing teams.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
