Role Overview: We are looking for a Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content across our social media channels, especially focusing on YouTube and Facebook. The role demands a good understanding of agriculture, excellent communication skills in Hindi, and the ability to engage with farmer communities online. Key Responsibilities: Create informative and engaging video content for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, focusing on agri-input products and seasonal crop requirements. Build and manage content calendars aligned with cropping seasons, product movement, and regional farming needs. Conduct live sessions with farmers on platforms like YouTube and Facebook to provide advisory, demonstrate products, and resolve queries. Monitor and respond to comments and messages to ensure high engagement and healthy community management. Collaborate with internal teams to gather product knowledge and feedback for content planning. Track content performance and audience feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of posts and videos. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in a rural/agriculture context. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; regional language skills are a plus. Confidence in front of the camera and comfort with live interactions. Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Canva. Understanding of farmer behavior, rural content preferences, and social media engagement. Preferred Profile: Prior experience working in agri-input, agri-advisory, or rural content domains. Experience in managing YouTube or Facebook pages with high-volume audiences.
