Description
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can independently shoot, edit, and publish engaging content using a smartphone . You will work closely with our social media and marketing team to create high-quality, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute content shoots using a smartphone (Reels, BTS, Stories, Short Videos, Client Testimonials, etc.) Edit videos and photos using mobile editing apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, Lightroom, or similar tools Create relatable, trendy, and brand-aligned content formats (Reels, meme videos, storytelling, etc.) Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) for campaign requirements Research content trends and apply them to brand communication Manage and organize raw footage, edited content, and final deliverables Post and schedule content on platforms (optional if social media team handles posting) Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in shooting with a smartphone (iOS/Android) Strong knowledge of mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.) Sense of storytelling, framing, and trend adaptation Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their content formats Creative eye for short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines Prior experience in content creation or a strong content portfolio is a plus Qualifications: No formal degree necessary — skills, portfolio, and creativity matter more 1+ year of experience in content creation preferred, but freshers with strong portfolios are welcome Bonus Points For: Experience working with brands or agencies On-camera confidence or ability to direct talent Knowledge of lighting, sound hacks for mobile shooting Interest in lifestyle, fashion, food, real estate, or education content (based on agency’s niche) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
