Videographer and Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Editor who can ideate, shoot, and edit compelling videos tailored for digital platforms. You should be able to translate a brief into powerful video content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography:
• Plan, shoot, and direct videos (product shoots, interviews, reels, ads, corporate videos, etc.)
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
• Ensure proper setup, framing, and composition of all video content
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into engaging final videos with transitions, sound, and effects
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Add graphics, subtitles, and animations when needed
• Pre & Post-Production:
• Assist in scriptwriting and storyboarding
• Manage data backup and file organization
• Source or create background music and sound effects
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visual coherence
• Content Formats:
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Create long-form content (Explainer Videos, Interviews, Tutorials)

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups
• Familiarity with motion graphics and sound design is a plus
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Photography skills
• Basic knowledge of color grading
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimization
• Animation (Adobe After Effects or similar)

Educational Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Film Studies, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Practical experience outweighs formal education in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
