This role is directly linked to our Startup & Business Consultancy vertical, where we support MSMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs with legal, digital, and branding solutions.

Role Summary:

As a Content Creator & Content Marketer, you will strategize, write, edit, and market compelling content across platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for our startup advisory, digital branding, and consultancy services.

You’ll work closely with our strategy and sales teams to convert brand vision into powerful words, visuals, and stories.

Key Responsibilities (JD):

• Research and create long-form and short-form content for websites, landing pages, blogs, ads, brochures, proposals, and case studies
• Handle daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Create persuasive copy for email campaigns, WhatsApp creatives, and explainer decks
• Ideate and write video scripts (Hindi + English) for content series
• Conduct interviews with clients/founders and turn them into success stories or testimonial scripts
• Optimize content with SEO best practices (keywords, meta, readability)
• Collaborate with the design and strategy team to turn ideas into content assets
• Track content performance metrics and iterate accordingly
• Write pitch decks and proposal notes for startup leads and government verticals
• Create multilingual versions (Hindi-English) when needed

HR Terms Summary (Key Clauses):

• Working Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Probation Period: 3 Months
• Leaves: 1.5 paid leaves/month; Sundays fixed off
• Contract: NDA, IP Agreement, and Non-Compete mandatory
• Tools: Google Workspace, Canva, WhatsApp, Trello, ChatGPT, SEO Plugin
• Performance Review: Every 3 months
• Reimbursement: For out-of-office visits on content shoots/coverage
• Incentive Policy: Based on content-driven leads & analytics
