EQTY LYFE – A U.S.-based real estate and finance company transforming equity, housing, and financial solutions through data-driven strategies.

Consultixs – A financial research and advisory firm specializing in equity markets, strategic insights, and analytics.

Both companies rely on compelling, well-structured content to communicate ideas, educate clients, and enhance brand visibility — and you will play a key role in creating it.

What You Will Do

Develop creative and engaging content for blogs, social media, emails, and company websites

Research topics related to finance, real estate, and market trends

Create content calendars and schedule posts across platforms

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity

Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align messaging

Adapt content style for different platforms while maintaining brand voice

Monitor engagement and suggest content improvements

Who You Are

Creative, curious, and detail-oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passionate about storytelling and content creation

Comfortable working independently and following guidelines

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Requirements

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing

Strong command of English

Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Onsite availability in Hyderabad

Good to Have (Bonus Advantages)

Prior internship or coursework in digital marketing, copywriting, or creative writing

Exposure to finance, real estate, or consultancy content

Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)

Compensation & Work Structure

Full-time onsite role

Salary: INR 12,500/month for the first 2 months (training period), then INR 15,000/month after onboarding

Mentorship from operations and marketing leads

Opportunity to work with dual industries (Real Estate + Finance)
