This is one of the earliest content roles at Even, allowing you to shape how our stories are told significantly. Much of what we are building—our formats, tone, workflows, and approach to patient comfort—is still evolving.This role is deeply rooted in real moments and real people. You will spend most of your time inside Even Hospitals, speaking with patients and doctors, understanding their journeys, and capturing stories that feel human, gentle, and respectful. Some days will be fast-paced; others will be slow and reflective. Being comfortable with that rhythm is essential.Key Responsibilities

• Capture patient stories with sensitivity, authenticity, and care.
• Work closely with doctors to create simple, clear, and trustworthy explainer content.
• Record short-form videos across various hospital environments.
• Plan and set up small, interview-style shoots with patients and medical staff.
• Help patients and doctors feel safe, comfortable, and confident on camera.
• Coordinate with the editing team to ensure a smooth and consistent content pipeline.
• Maintain high standards of ethical storytelling, respecting privacy and emotional boundaries.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience creating video content, preferably in real-world, human-focused settings.
• Comfort shooting on phones or compact cameras.
• Strong interpersonal skills—ease in speaking to people and listening with empathy.
• A deep understanding that tone, pacing, and trust are as important as visuals.
• Ability to communicate clearly and simply with patients, doctors, and teammates.
• Comfort working on-site in a hospital environment every day.
• Openness to collaborate closely within a small, tight-knit team.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience conducting interviews or working in documentary-style setups.
• Familiarity with basic lighting, audio, or framing principles.
• Understanding of content ethics, especially in sensitive environments like healthcare.
• Experience working in startups, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
