What You'll Be Working on:

1. Content & Creativity

• Ideate, curate, and create scroll-stopping content across platforms (think Insta, LinkedIn—wherever the people are).
• Work closely with creative minds to bring ideas to life with flair and intent.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments—yes, being online does count as work here.

2. Project & Shoot Coordination

• Own pre-to-post production for photoshoots and video shoots
• Coordinate with editors, videographers, talent, and crew like a total boss.
• Keep timelines tight.

3. Client Communication & Relationship

• Be the bridge between our creative work and the client vision.
• Handle feedback with finesse, deliver updates, and keep everyone aligned.
• Build relationships, not just email threads.

4. Internal Collaboration & Ownership

• Work hand-in-hand with design, strategy, and marketing teams to make magic happen.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them forward—because you're not just part of the process, you’re key to it.

5. Documentation & Professional Communication

• Keep all your creative chaos beautifully organized—think briefs, decks, timelines, reports.
• Communicate like a pro: clear, concise, and always on point
