Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Content and Training Lead to join our team at the Centre for Learning Resources CLR, with 3-5 years of experience in content development and training delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality content for English language projects, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials to enhance learner engagement.
Evaluate content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to improve their skills.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in content development and training delivery, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse learning needs.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with various stakeholders, including learners, teachers, and administrators.
