Associate, RME

• Review project documents (ToC, LFA, etc.) to understand program delivery.
• Assist in designing, testing, and validating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools.
• Support data management, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Help develop and implement data collection plans and field assessments.
• Coordinate with program teams for consistent data collection across locations.
• Analyze data and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strengthening M&E systems.
• Travel to field sites, as needed, to support data collection activities.

Requirement: Education & Experience

• Degree in education or related statistics/policy evaluation / social science/ social work/management discipline. Master s degree preferred.
• Up to 2 Years of experience relevant to job responsibilities, after relevant minimum qualification

Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Hindi or Marathi preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and presentation design.
• Familiarity with relevant data tools and platforms is an advantage
• Basic understanding of development and education programs in India.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in semi-structured settings.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and solve problems resourcefully.
