Consumer Insight / User Research (Quantitative & Qualitative)

The position aims to support the local research team in establishing and executing comprehensive research strategies. You will be responsible for developing research plans with well-defined objectives and coordinating local teams for user research projects. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing user behavior data through various methods such as field visits, interviews, surveys, and desk research. Projects you will be involved in include user scanning, target user deep dives, mobile software experience demand mining, usability tests, and user satisfaction measurements. You will be required to communicate research findings effectively through written reports and presentations to different audiences. Additionally, promoting the implementation of research outcomes and staying updated on research methodologies and technologies will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods. A bachelor's degree in fields like Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Anthropology, Marketing, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or Management is required. Proficiency in English and fluency in local languages is necessary for effective communication. You should be familiar with various user research methodologies, including interviews, focus groups, survey design, and data analysis. Demonstrated experience in applying research methods across all product stages and achieving tangible results with product teams is essential. The ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines in a dynamic environment, along with a positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit, is also expected.,
