Consumer Insight / User Research (Quantitative & Qualitative)

Role Overview: As an Assistant in the local research team, your main objective will be to assist in managing the team and implementing research strategies. You will be responsible for developing research plans with clear objectives and effectively organizing local teams to conduct user research projects. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing user behavior through various methods such as field visits, interviews, surveys, and desk research. Projects you will work on include user scanning, target user deep dives, mobile software experience demand mining, and usability tests, among others. You will also be required to advocate research findings through written reports and presentations to different audiences and promote the implementation of research outputs. Continuous up-skilling in research methodologies and technology will be expected to add value to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the local research team and implementing research strategies - Develop research plans with clear objectives - Organize local teams to conduct user research projects - Collect and analyze user behavior through various methods - Advocate research findings through reports and presentations - Continuously up-skill in research methodologies and technology Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in user research with knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Anthropology, Marketing, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Management, or related fields - Effective communication in English (written and verbal) and fluency in other local languages - Familiarity with various user research methodologies - Experience in conducting research applicable to all product stages - Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude, responsibility, and a high spirit of teamwork.,
