Consulting Services Specialist

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in Development Consulting at Noida sector 48, you will lead the execution of multi-sector consulting projects with a focus on areas such as environment and climate change, education, water and sanitation (WASH), and infrastructure supervision. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal and external teams, ensuring deliverables" quality and compliance, identifying risks, and supporting various project lifecycle phases. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day execution of consulting assignments, ensuring timelines, outputs, and quality control are achieved. - Coordinate with internal teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), external consultants, clients, and field personnel. - Prepare and review deliverables including reports, presentations, logframes, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) plans. - Lead project documentation, ensure compliance with donor/client requirements, and update management information systems (MIS). - Ensure alignment with contract deliverables, budget, and schedule. - Participate in inception meetings, field visits, review calls, and audits. - Identify risks and delays, and provide mitigation strategies to senior leadership. - Support in proposal handover, kickoff, and exit phases of the project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in project management within consulting, donor-funded projects, or implementation agencies. - Exposure to sectors such as WASH, agriculture, energy, health, environment/climate, education, infra. - Understanding of multilateral/bilateral clients like ADB, World Bank, UNICEF. - Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, team supervision, and client communication. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), project trackers, and documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
