Overview:

Claight Corporation (Expert Market Research) is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

  Lead consulting projects and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Strategy Development:

  Develop market entry, growth, and competitive strategies aligned with client goals.

• Project Management:

  Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to scope.

• Team Leadership:

  Guide and mentor analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

• Market Research & Analysis:

  Supervise data collection, interpretation, and synthesis of insights to support strategic recommendations.

• Business Development:

  Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support sales efforts with strategic inputs.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Present research findings, business insights, and actionable strategies to senior client stakeholders.

• Operational Excellence:

  Ensure continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and internal best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 35 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or market research roles.
• Proven experience leading client engagements and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in proposal creation, project planning, and client delivery.
• Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
