About the Role:

We are looking for a Research & Consulting Intern to support our team in conducting market studies, preparing reports, and assisting with data analysis in the real estate sector. This internship offers practical exposure to research methodologies and stakeholder interaction in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary market research using various sources

• Interact with developers, investors, and other stakeholders for data gathering

• Prepare reports, articles, and presentations for internal and external use

• Maintain and update real estate databases

• Assist in field visits for data verification and ground-level research

• Coordinate with internal teams and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students/Graduates in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Urban Planning, or related fields

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Comfortable with fieldwork

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

• Prior experience in market research (if any) is a plus
