As a Forecasting Analyst at PharmaACE, you will play a crucial role in executing analytics and consulting engagements, contributing to the achievement of strategic and financial goals for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Playing an integral role in executing analytics/consulting engagements through effective project management. - Generating forecasts, analysis, and actionable insights to support clients' strategic goals. - Managing and coordinating complex consulting engagements by utilizing strong client and people management skills, subject matter expertise, and effective communication. - Operating as part of a global team, actively participating in client discussions, and providing competitive assessments and insights. - Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to understand disease and patient segments based on client requirements. - Integrating primary research and secondary data to draw conclusions and support key business decisions. - Identifying risks and opportunities for the business and providing insights into forecast assumptions using relevant data sources. - Building effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of work to clients. - Developing team members' skills, fostering a learning mindset, and guiding talent development within the team. - Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to create win-win engagement models. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters in Pharma or other life sciences background or Bachelors in engineering/B.Tech or Masters in Business Administration. - 3-7 years of relevant forecasting and commercial analytics experience. - Proficiency in building financial models using Microsoft Excel and other tools. - Expertise in developing and implementing holistic strategies for modeling in collaboration with life sciences teams. - Broad experience in key functional areas of competitive intelligence, analytics, and market research. - Work experience in the US/European pharma industry is a plus.
