The role involves representing Breakthrough Trust through face-to-face communication, which includes street pitching, pitching at events, corporates, and commercials. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve budgeted conversion rates and specified targets - Meet the customer service standards - Contribute to the overall achievement of the organization's goals by achieving agreed personal goals - Participate in all campaigns, fundraising, public engagement, and other Breakthrough activities as per organizational requirements Specific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required: - Freshers with good communication skills and candidates with 0-2 years of experience in fundraising can apply - Ability to persuade, network, and negotiate with people - Good communication, relationship building, and convincing skills - Confidence, positive "can-do" attitude - Self-motivated and performance-driven Breakthrough was founded in 1999 with the mission of using arts and culture to transform the gender norms that perpetuate violence and discrimination against women and girls.
