Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant based in Noida. The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert regulatory, financial, tax, and consulting solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analysing and interpreting data, preparing reports, giving professional business advice, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations, and collaborating with other professionals to meet client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Qualified Company Secretary with 1 year of consulting experience

🔹 Strong knowledge of Companies Act, compliance, and secretarial practices

🔹 Eager to learn, grow, and work with top MNC clients
