Consultant - Research & Advisory Wing

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant based in Delhi, India. The individual will engage in day-to-day tasks such as verifying and analysing real estate data, developing reports, providing strategic advice to clients, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Other responsibilities include client interaction, preparing presentations, and using proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision-making support.

• Conceptualising and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentations to clients.
• Responsible for undertaking customised projects and servicing clients on a day-to-day basis
• Managing and mobilising field teams.
• Analysis of data and generating insights.
• Content Analysis/Report Writing
• Monitoring the timely completion and quality check.
• Briefing & Training of field staff
• Following up with clients for timely payment collection.

Qualifications

• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must.
• 3-5 years of research-based consulting experience is a must
• Analytical skills, experience with real estate data analysis, and proficiency in data processing techniques
• Project management, client interaction, and collaboration skills
• Experience in creating reports and presentations
• Ability to use proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the real estate industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
