Consultant Reinsurance and Coinsurance

We are seeking data-driven individuals to support pricing, system development, and quotation processes across various insurance segments, including both General and Life insurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, a willingness to learn, process optimization skills, and an openness to stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple departments within Go Digit Insurance (General and Life insurance) on pricing, system validations, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring.
• Manage diverse portfolios to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to additional organizational initiatives as assigned.

Additional Requirement

Note:

• As part of the Trainee Program, completing the III Licentiate certification is essential for confirmation. This helps you build a solid understanding of the insurance domain and prepares you for future responsibilities.
• Selected full time on roll trainees will undergo a training program through an external vendor.
• After a few months, an evaluation and manager feedback will determine continued employment.
• Trainees will sign an indemnity bond at the time of joining, agreeing to reimburse training fees if they resign within two years of joining.
