Role and Responsibilities:
- Review and approve daily incoming orders/entries on Google Sheet/Excel .
- Proactively follow through on orders/entries with open questions to ensure that these are resolved timely and recorded in the correct period; identify issues and proactively investigate and clearly communicate recommendations and solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication .
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools .
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents .
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies .
- Take the extra mile to engage with existing & prospective customers .
- Meet or exceed targets for all assigned product/projects.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven customer support experience, preferably in the advertising/digital marketing domain.
- Track record of over-achieving chat/calls/assigned handling quota .
- Strong command over written language .
- Strong email/written communication skills & verbal communication .
- Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices .
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent typing skills 45 w.p.m & multitasking.
Must Have Skills:
Knowledge on MS office.
Data analysis/validation .
