Job Description

The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing accurate estimates and submissions, coordinating with consultants, PMCs, clients, and internal teams, and ensuring complete documentation and compliance. This position plays a key role in supporting contract awards and smooth handover to project execution teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage tenders for civil and interior projects.
  • Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
  • Handle document control, including maintaining records, submissions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, PMC, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist in tender evaluation, comparison statements, and reports.
  • Support contract award and handover to project teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s in civil engineering
  • Experience in

    tendering and documentation for civil and/or interior projects.

  • Experience working in a

    consultant or PMC role
