Description
As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, you will play a key role in leading the end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules, including Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, and Compliance. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configurations, configuring auto-rostering and labor optimization features, conducting user training, creating documentation, and supporting change management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules, such as Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, and Compliance. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations. - Configure auto-rostering and labor optimization features. - Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience with Legion WFM or similar platforms (e.g., UKG, Kronos, Workday). - Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, labor compliance, and optimization. - Experience with SaaS/cloud-based WFM solutions. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
