Since , Antarang Foundation has been one of the leading voices in bringing employability and career development
into the mainstream education narrative. We believe that education which does not lead to social and economic progress is incomplete and hence employability and aspirational careers need to be accessible to all young adults across the socioeconomic spectrum.
Antarang Foundation builds key employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban low-income settlements. Through
two structured programs, Antarang guides students on career choice, trains them in core employability skills, and connects them to employment opportunities of their choice.
Industry Outreach and Engagement
- Conduct outreach to local industries and associations across the model districts (Mumbai, Pune, Thane,
Dharashiv) to cater to industry exposure sessions where required. - Onboard industry partners/expert speakers for participation in virtual and in-person exposure sessions.
- Conduct outreach to industry associations for partnerships.
- Build and maintain a database of potential and confirmed industry partners.
- Coordinate and schedule sessions in collaboration with industry partners and state teams.
- Document and share up on outreach progress, challenges, and key outcomes.
Database and Resource Management
- Maintain an up tracker of industry partners, outreach progress, and session status.
- Ensure all partnership and engagement details are accurately captured in the database.
- Manage creation of and maintaining a virtual industry session bank and expert speaker video repository.
- Manage and up communication templates, outreach materials, and contact logs.
Coordination with State and Central Teams
- Liaise regularly with Maharashtra state teams for up on outreach and implementation timelines.
- Flag key challenges or delays and coordinate problem-solving discussions as needed.
- Support smooth information flow between central and state teams on partnership implementation.
- Document key action points and learnings from coordination meetings.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare periodic sum ies and reports on outreach progress and partner engagement.
- Capture success stories, feedback, and insights from industry interactions.
- Contribute to internal documentation for review and planning.
Profile Requisites
- Graduate; available to begin immediately.
- Prior experience or familiarity with partnership development, corporate engagement, or stakeholder outreach is preferred.
- Strong research, communication, and coordination skills.
- De strated ability to adhere to timelines and take ownership of deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools (Canva knowledge is a plus).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Openness to travel locally within assigned geographies (as required).
- Work Hours: 4.5 hours per day for 3 ths
