Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Consultant – Trainer with strong expertise in Oracle technologies and the passion to teach, mentor, and guide learners. The consultant will deliver instructor-led training programs aligned with official Oracle certification tracks, ensure high knowledge transfer, and mentor students toward successful certification and career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions for Oracle certification programs (Database, OCI, ERP/Fusion, HCM, Financials, APEX, etc.).
• Design and deliver curriculum, lab exercises, and certification-oriented workshops.
• Prepare and support learners for Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Cloud certifications, and other Oracle credentials.
• Conduct hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world project simulations.
• Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, ensuring their learning objectives and certification targets are met.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with the Academic Excellence team to enhance training content and improve learner outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of professional experience in Oracle technologies (Database / ERP / OCI / APEX).
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle database administration, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ERP/Fusion Applications is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching/training experience (corporate or academic) strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect / Specialist
• Oracle ERP / HCM Cloud certifications
• Any other official Oracle credentials aligned with certification tracks

Pay: ₹9,207.64 - ₹35,769.13 per month
