Job Summary:

We are hiring a Market Research Consultant to support primary research within our Data Processing team. This full-time role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality data deliverables. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled in data processing tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and meeting timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as single point of contact for data processing needs within assigned projects
• Analyze data using Q Research Software, SPSS, and Excel to meet project goals
• Prepare and manage datasets, including variables, weights, and statistical outputs
• Work closely with internal research teams to align objectives and ensure quality deliverables
• Deliver assigned tasks accurately and on time throughout the project lifecycle
• Support data validation and internal quality control processes
• Stay flexible with changing project needs while maintaining high standards and deadlines
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution and impactful insights
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and internal regulatory standards

Qualifications and Technical:

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Information technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proficient in IBM SPSS and Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and tabulation tools such as Q Research, Displayr, MarketSight, Survey Reporter, Quantum, WinCross, or Askia
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, R, and VBA is a plus
• Strong foundation in mathematics and programming logic

Experience & Core Competencies:

• 4.5+ years of experience in market research, including 2+ years in healthcare market research
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Exposure to healthcare data sources, HCP/patient data, or global health markets is an advantage
• Adaptable to changing project requirements while maintaining high-quality output
