Content Writing and Editing : Drafting and editing various forms of content, including newsletters, blog posts, and internal communications. Tailoring messaging for different audiences and platforms. Social Media Management : Planning, creating, and posting content on social media channels. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and engagement. Understanding of brand voice and how to maintain consistency across platforms. Stakeholder Engagement : Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, especially leaders, to gather insights and feedback for communication materials. Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise messaging. Project Management : Managing communication projects from inception to completion, including setting timelines, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
