Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring applications and infrastructure using tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Track the availability and performance of critical applications and websites from an end-user perspective.
• Support log analytics and monitoring setup to ensure visibility into system health and application performance.
• Identify and escalate performance issues, outages, or anomalies to senior engineers.
• Help maintain documentation for monitoring processes and tool usage.
• Work with application teams to understand monitoring needs and assist in configuring alerts.
• Monitor system metrics such as CPU, memory, and disk space to ensure stability.
• Participate in discussions about performance issues and collaborate on solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application monitoring or IT support.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Familiarity with application architectures (.NET, Java, SaaS, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of log monitoring and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL practices (incident and problem management).
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
