Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Booking:





• Accurately book purchase invoices in SAP system.


• Ensure timely and correct posting of invoices as per company policies.





• Invoice Tracking:





• Maintain records of invoices received and booked.


• Regularly monitor pending invoices and follow up for timely processing.





• Communication & Coordination:





• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to obtain missing information or supporting documents related to invoices.


• Resolve discrepancies in invoice details promptly.





• Compliance & Documentation:





• Ensure all invoices comply with statutory and company requirements.


• Maintain proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes.


• Circulating reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:





• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in

  SAP

  (Accounts Payable / FI and MM module preferred).


• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  , especially

  Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).





• Soft Skills:





• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.
