JOB DESCRIPTION   Job Title: Site Supervisor Company: Perfect Porta Cabin Private Limited Location: Faridabad, Haryana (Work across India) Job Type: Full-Time   Job Summary: Perfect Porta Cabin Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities across various project locations in India. The ideal candidate should have a background in civil engineering and a passion for supervising construction projects with efficiency, discipline, and attention to detail.   Key Responsibilities: ·        Visit and inspect project sites to ensure smooth operations. ·        Supervise daily site activities and workers to maintain quality and timeline. ·        Ensure all safety and construction protocols are followed. ·        Coordinate with engineers and management for site requirements and updates. ·        Maintain daily records of work progress and site status. ·        Manage site resources and report any on-ground issues promptly.   Qualifications: ·        Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering. ·        Candidates with experience in construction site supervision preferred. ·        Experience range: 0 to 3 years.   Skills Required: ·        Site supervision and on-site coordination. ·        Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods. ·        Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ·        Ability to handle multiple sites and travel extensively.     Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)   Reporting To- Managing Director – Mr. Manish Oberoi   Additional Benefits: ·        Timely salary payments ·        Conveyance provided ·        Food and accommodation during travel ·        Opportunity to work on diverse projects across India   Work Location: Pan India project sites, with base location in Faridabad, Haryana
