Job Overview:We are seeking a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure project execution as per plans, and maintain safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely project completion. Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor ongoing site activities on a daily basis. Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, labor, engineers, and vendors for smooth workflow. Maintain site documentation including daily reports, measurements, attendance, and material records. Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Resolve site issues promptly and communicate project updates to management. Manage materials, minimize wastage, and ensure availability of required resources. Ensure proper handling and upkeep of tools, equipment, and machinery. Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred). 1–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision (as applicable). Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
