Role Summary: Supervise daily site work, ensure quality, safety, material control, and timely progress as per project plan. Key Responsibilities: Monitor day-to-day construction activities. Allocate work to labour and ensure productivity. Maintain work quality and follow drawings/specifications. Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage. Check and manage material delivery, usage, and stock. Prepare daily reports (progress, manpower, material). Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Handle labour attendance and discipline. Qualifications: Diploma Civil preferred; ITI acceptable. 2–8 years site supervision experience. Skills: Knowledge of drawings, measurements, materials, and safety. Basic MS Office/WhatsApp reporting. Leadership, communication, time management.
